Refund Policy

We take great pride in the quality of our bakeware and are confident you will be delighted with your purchase. However, we understand that on occasion, a return may be necessary. Our policy is designed to be a clear and simple procedure.

1. Order Cancellations

Should you have a change of heart after placing an order, time is of the essence. If you contact us before your order has been dispatched for shipping, we will be pleased to cancel the order and issue a full and immediate refund. Once the package has been handed to our carrier, the order can no longer be canceled and must be treated as a return, per the terms below.

2. Return Eligibility

The long and short of it is this: to be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, pristine, and entirely unused condition—precisely as you received it. Think of it as returning a library book; it must be in the same state so the next person may enjoy it.

To qualify, please ensure:

  • You initiate the return within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and free of any signs of wear.

  • The item is in its original packaging.

Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for a return.

3. The Return Process

To ensure everything is handled in a shipshape and Bristol fashion, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us First: You must contact our office at [Your Contact Email] to request a Return Authorization (RA). Please include your order number and the reason for the return. Returns sent without an RA will not be accepted.

  2. Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original box or a suitable alternative.

  3. Ship the Item: The particulars of return shipping, including the cost, are the customer's responsibility. We advise using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit back to us.

4. Receiving Your Refund

Once your return is received and duly inspected by our team to confirm its condition, we will send you an email notification. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We are meticulous in our packing, but should your order arrive in a state that is not up to our high standards (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. In these instances, we will, of course, make it right. We will provide instructions for the return and ensure you are not responsible for any associated shipping costs.
