Shipping Policy

We endeavor to ensure your new bakeware departs our facilities and arrives at your kitchen with promptness and care. This policy outlines the complete itinerary for that journey.

1. Order Processing Time

The long and short of it is this: all orders are processed with diligence within 1 to 3 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays) from our headquarters here in Washington State.

Please note, this processing time is separate from the transit time it takes for the carrier to deliver your package. You will receive a formal notification once your order has been dispatched.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the checkout. We offer the following options for shipment within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Estimated delivery within 5 to 7 business days after dispatch.

    • We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $75.00.

  • Expedited Shipping:

    • Estimated delivery within 2 to 3 business days after dispatch.

Please be advised that delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Unforeseen circumstances, such as weather delays, may impact the delivery schedule.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will become active within 24 hours. This allows you to follow your package's journey from our door to yours.

4. Shipments to P.O. Boxes

Yes, we do ship to P.O. Boxes within the U.S. using our Standard Shipping option. Please note that expedited shipping may not be available for these addresses.

5. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly at the time of purchase.

We cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Should a package be returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order. We will not issue a refund for the order until the package has been physically returned to our facility.

6. Damages in Transit

While we entrust your package to our carriers in pristine condition, we understand that mishaps can occur.

In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us at [Your Contact Email] within 48 hours of delivery. To ensure a swift resolution, please retain all packaging materials and the damaged goods, as they may be required for the claims process.
